Instructions 
  1. Offers are due by February 26, 27, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., and must be uploaded on this portal. (See Addendum #1)
  2. You must register to access the bid documents.  Register by using the "Start a Response" function and entering your contact information.  Your information will be saved, and you can return at any time to complete your bid.
  3. Please follow/click all of the steps under TASKS designed to guide you through the process.  
  4. The product specifications are based on Hach Company specifications.  Equal product offerings will be considered.

Electronic Administrative Fee
The awarded offeror will pay a $600 administrative fee after successful delivery of and payment for the ordered product.  The fee is payable directly to LAMATS Purchasing Services ("LPS") by check, mailed to 6767 Perkins Rd., Baton Rouge, LA 70808.

Disclaimer
The City of Gretna participates in the LACPC JOINT MUNICIPAL COMMISSION for the creation of joint use and cooperative contracts, but this solicitation will not result in a cooperative contract.  It is a one-time purchase by the City of Gretna.
