USE THIS PORTAL TO PLACE YOUR PROPOSAL TO SUPPLY TON & 150 LB CHLORINE
1. Register by clicking "Start Response" (Green Tab).
2. Download and review all Documents under "ATTACHMENTS".
3. Complete all Required Forms and Affidavits.
4. Tasks Bar: Under the Tasks Bar you should check each task as it is completed. Please note that acknowledging Task #3 is mandatory.
5. Before submitting your response, check back on this portal for changes and addendums.
6. Submit your response by uploading all necessary documents and forms using the "Recipient Will Drag & Drop Files Here" function.
7. Where prices from multiple vendors are equal, additional price bids through a reverse auction format may be required. (See Reverse Auction Policy under ATTACHMENTS).

ADDENDUM #4 - Change of Usage - Usage by the City of Gonzales is approximately 28,000 lbs. - 14 Tons - Ton Cylinders only.
ADDENDUM #5 - The solicitation is changed to ask for pricing/terms on Ton Cylinders only. 150 lb. cylinders will not be a part of this solicitation.
ADDENDUM #6 - Reminds bidders that your bid may be withdrawn and replaced at any time up until the bid submission deadline.
