NOTICE The West Feliciana Parish Sheriff’s Office will receive sealed bids, until 10am, Wednesday, October 18, 2023, for the following: "New Chevrolet Tahoes" At precisely 10:05am, Wednesday, October 18, 2023, they will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Front Elevator Lobby, West Feliciana Parish Sheriff’s Office, 4785 Prosperity Street, St. Francisville, LA 70775 (West Feliciana Parish Courthouse Annex Bldg). 

Bid proposals, amendments to bid or request for withdrawal of bids received after time specified for bid opening shall not be considered for any cause whatsoever. Bidders or their authorized representatives are invited to be present. No other information or tabulations will be available until awards are made after all bids are fully checked as to specifications and accuracy. 

We reserve the right to divide items to avail ourselves of the low bid. The bid proposal is firm for a period of sixty (60) days from the opening of bids and no bid proposal can be withdrawn for any reason during this period of time. Full information and bid specifications may be obtained upon request from the West Feliciana Parish Sheriff's Office, P. 0. Online access and submission of electronic bids is at no charge. The electronic administration for this solicitation is provided through the LACPC Cooperative Joint Commission, https://lamats.net/lacpc or https://lacpcjointcommission.org. Depending on the supply of available vehicles and price, and the willingness of the vendor to sell additional units, the LACPC reserves the right to purchase on behalf of its membership up to 4 additional units of like build and price.

Bids are being requested on the following or equivalent to: New Chevrolet Tahoes as specified below: Bid is for two (2) year model 2023 or 2024 Chevrolet Tahoes LT- Four Wheel Drive complete with all standard factory equipment, 5.3L V-8 Engine, 10 Speed Transmission, with Navigation. One with exterior color Black and one with exterior color Midnight Blue Metallic. Any additional equipment or options will be at dealer’s cost.
