COOPERATIVE USE CONTRACT (OPTIONAL FOR WINNING VENDOR)
Any public procurement unit may participate in a cooperative purchasing agreement to acquire quantities of listed units above the quantities awarded by this public bid, pursuant to the cooperative purchasing provisions of La. R.S. 38:2212.1(F), granting to local government authority to use (Part VII of Chapter 17 of Subtitle III of Title 39 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, R.S. 39:1701 et seq.). Where piggybacks, cooperative or joint use is applicable, the certification of bid results for cooperative use and the administration of cooperative use agreements will be handled through the LACPC Municipal Joint Commission, by contacting lacpc@lamats.net, a joint municipal commission under La. R.S. 33:1324, et seq. LACPC vendor terms, conditions and administrative fees may apply.
