LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT   
The LACPC Joint Municipal Commission seeks to purchase eight (8) new Cheverolet Traverse SUV’s from one or more Louisiana dealerships for use by city police department detectives. Proposers must be able to accommodate pickup or delivery within a reasonable timeframe. Pricing will be accepted electronically only through https://lamats.eauctionservices.com.   Pricing will be accepted until 4:00 pm, September 29, 2023, or until the order is filled.  The LACPC reserves the right to seek up to (four) 4 additional Chevrolet Traverse SUVs through this solicitation. 
The Chevrolet Traverse vehicles must be Sterling Gray Metallic or Summit White, LS Models only, and Black Interiors.  Consideration will be given to dealerships with incentive pricing at or below $35,000.00 each. Preference will be given to vehicles available in stock, but the right to place orders is reserved. 
The Bid Documents, information and specifications are available by registering at https://lamats.eauctionsevices.com and downloading same. Cell), lacpc@lamats.net.    The sponsoring municipal police department is City of New Iberia, LA. The LACPC and the City of New Iberia Police Department reserve the right to cancel this solicitation at any time, unfilled, up until such time as an order or orders are placed.  
Dealerships who can meet the specifications and have vehicles available in stock, may waive the sealed bid process by uploading the appropriate waiver and allowing its pricing/offering to be unsealed immediately upon submission.  
Where excess supply is demonstrated, the LACPC reserves its right to establish best and final pricing through a reverse auction process under La RS 38:2217 or through direct negotiation.
