#2 Notice Regarding Contractor Questions has posted.  Please submit all questions in writing or any request to extend the bid deadline by May 24, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. to Paul Holmes, paul@lamats.net or to Mayor Mark Kemp, mayor@townofclintonla.com. Questions that can be answered will post to the solicitation at least 72 hours prior to the bid deadline.  

#3 Bid Bond Form has posted. Bidders may use this bid bond form or any other bid bond form that complies with the requirements of the Louisiana Public Bid Law. 

#4 "Additional Contract Terms and Conditions" has posted.   Please access the document under ATTACHMENTS and acknowledge same under the TASKS bar. 

#5  Bidder Information and Signature Lines have been added to the Public Bid Works Form and to each Unit Price Form.  Please discard and replace any former/previous Public Works Bid Form or Unit Price Form with the newly posted forms.  Please fill in all information indicated.  If you have already submitted a Bid Form or Unit Price Form without the information and signature lines, please remove and replace them with the newly posted forms.
