ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Property Description
The City of Bogalusa, Louisiana has placed the following parcels of land for offers/bid to the highest bidder meeting the minimum appraised price:
Line Item #1 - 1117 Avenue I, Bogalusa, LA -- cleared, improved city lot -- .115 Acres -- $3400
Line Item #2 - 537 Ontario Avenue, Bogalusa, LA -- cleared, improved city lot -- .402 Acres -- $3500

The land for sale can be located, viewed and examined by contacting City of Bogalusa Purchasing Agent Tracy Arnold at tracy.arnold@bogalusa.org.
Any and all bidders who are interested in bidding must first register by clicking Start a response.
If offered prices do not meet the minimum fair market values established by the city, the city has the right to either accept or reject any sale or to ask the high bidder to raise the offer.
At the conclusion of the bidding, the highest bidder will be required to upload the LaMATS e-Auction Services Award Form for billing purposes. A successful bidder will be billed for the sale price and a 10% electronic auction fee. Upon payment, the City of Bogalusa will issue a cash deed with the legal property description, fileable with the Washington Parish Recorder (Clerk of Court). Sales of bare land are without warranty, express or implied, except for warranty of title.
